4. Order Inspection, Packaging and Delivery Support
1) Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection:
Before shipment, finished products undergo inspection to check their condition and consistency with the confirmed order specifications. Our pre-shipment inspection includes:
· Inflation Check: Inflating finished products to check their overall condition and identify visible air leakage.
· Dimension Check: Checking product dimensions against the confirmed specifications.
· Seam & Welding Inspection: Checking sewn seams and welded areas for visible defects.

2) Protective Packaging & Shipping Preparation:
Each inflatable product is packed in a protective PVC bag and secured onto a pallet. The pallet is then tightly wrapped with transparent stretch film to help protect the package and keep it stable during transportation. This packaging method helps keep products organized and ready for shipping.
